 An opportunity to establish an advanced, environmentally friendly industrial city in Wasit Governorate The Industrial Cities Authority, one of the formations of the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals, is pleased to invite Iraqi, Arab and international developers and companies specialized in the field of developing industrial cities for the purpose of establishing an advanced industrial city (environmentally friendly) in Wasit Governorate on plot numbered (1/20 County 27 Al Jazeera) with an area of ​​5000 dunums, noting that The announcement period is (60 days) from the date of its publication in the official newspapers. Companies and developers wishing to establish and develop must submit their applications to the Industrial City  Authority located in the eastern gate / Al-Nidhal Street / near Al-Tayaran Square the conditions :

1- Submission of applications in closed envelopes before the expiry of the advertisement period

 2- Submitting the application at the Authority’s headquarters with its attachments (technical and economic feasibility study approved by specialized offices with work progress program, project implementation period, list of investment projects undertaken by the investor or his companies, financing plan, financial statements for the last two years and approved by an accountant’s office Legal or an international auditing firm, provided that all documents for foreign companies are certified at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in the country of the company

3- Submission of all original documents related to the establishment of the investing company or investor

4- Submitting a no-objection letter from the General Commission for Taxes for Iraqi companies 5- Submission of authenticated supporting documents in the event of cooperation with international companies specialized in this field

6- The offers shall not be opened until (60) days have passed from the date of publication of the advertisement

7- The Industrial City Authority provides all the technical and detailed information and the necessary facilities related to the land to be developed, as well as securing field visits to its site in Wasit Governorate.

8- The offer shall be deposited in the offer  box at the headquarters of the Industrial city Authority in Baghdad. In the event that the closing day coincides with an official holiday, the closing shall be on the first following day of the official working days.

9- The advertisement shall be valid as of the date of its publication in the official newspapers.

10- The awardee shall bear the fees for publishing and advertising

    Those wishing to participate in this opportunity must obtain a copy of the announced file from the headquarters of the Industrial city Authority located at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals / Baghdad / Eastern Gate - Al-Nidhal Street - near Al-Tayaran Square, for an amount of (100,000) one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars, which is non-refundable.
